To succeed you will need to have achieved a 2:1 or above, have a passion for music, be looking for early responsibility, have excellent communication skills and possess the sheer drive, enthusiasm and ambition to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

Our Graduate Training Programme is a key part of our Company strategy. The programme offers the opportunity to participate in an intensive, structured 9 month training programme which will equip you with the skills and knowledge to become one of our senior managers of the future.
